Yoga & Pilates.

Born and raised in Prince George’s County Shaiday was first introduced to yoga through her dance training background and fully invested in the practice after an intense dance related injury back in 2016. After receiving her Pilates Barre certificate in January 2020, and studying with her yogi mentors and teachers she decided it was time to fully devote herself to a 200 Hour yoga teacher certification with The Yoga and Ayurveda Center in July 2020. With her experience working in public school education, professional media relations and freelance artistry Shaiday’s practice leans into philosophies surrounding creative balance, cultivating peace and confidence, and strengthening inner awareness. Shaiday is continuing her studies and education in the wellness field and has even received a Professional Development certification from Yale University in “The Science Of Well-Being”. In her down time she enjoys photography, fashion design, reading, journaling, and studying different genres of dance all of which put her in a creative flow and reflective state.
